On June 22, Brightway completed the final linkage commissioning of a set of 1000HP drilling rig mud system, and will soon go to Qatar in the Middle East to help the local energy drilling industry.

The solid control system of 1000HP drilling rig delivered this time is equipped with liquid-gas separator, shale shaker, vacuum degasser, high-speed decanter centrifuge, medium speed decanter centrifuge, multiple mud tanks and mixing tanks with agitators and jet funnels. The total volume of the tank groups of the solid control system is 1701 bbl, and the mixing capacity is 1134bbl/h. It can fully meet the drilling needs of Qatar customers under local geological conditions.

It is worth mentioning that in the design process of the system, Brightway fully considered the special environmental factors such as high temperature and sand dust in the Middle East, and specifically optimized and upgraded the high temperature resistance, sealing and wear resistance of the equipment. Each equipment and component has undergone numerous simulation tests and actual working conditions verification to ensure stable and efficient operation under the local extreme environment in Qatar.
