Brightway Energy has finished the full assembly, joint commissioning and factory inspection of two 500GPM HDD Mud Recycling Systems, which have been officially loaded and delivered to the customer. The equipment will serve the customer’s trenchless underground cable laying project, providing a complete closed-loop mud treatment solution for HDD construction.

Customized for on-site working conditions, the systems perfectly fit the HDD construction demands of underground cable laying. Integrated with core purification equipment including shale shakers, desanders & desilters and jet mud hoppers, the systems work collaboratively to perform multi-stage screening and purification of construction waste mud. They gradually separate drill cuttings, sediment and other solid impurities from mud, restore mud performance effectively and enable sustainable mud recycling.

This HDD mud recycling system greatly cuts on-site mud material consumption and reduces waste mud outward disposal volume. It balances construction efficiency and environmental compliance to boost the efficient implementation of underground cable laying projects.
