On June 30th, Brightway officially shipped a skid-mounted drilling fluids waste management customized for the Finland oilfield drilling project.

The drilling fluids waste management consists of vertical cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw conveyor and pumps, etc. This system is an integral skid-mounted structure, which ensures that the drilling cutting waste drying, separation, control, and transportation work smoothly. It also improves the processing efficiency and reduces the customer's Input costs. The drilling fluids waste management can process 40 tons of drilling waste per hour. During the treatment of drilling wastes, no additives are required. The water content of water-based drill cuttings  is controlled below ≤10%, and oil content of oil-based drill cuttings is 5 %～8%, which meet the requirements of“no pit”, “zero emission” and “zero addition”on drilling site.

At present, the drilling fluids waste management is officially sent to Finland and is expected to arrive at the customer's oil field site in August. At that time, according to the needs of the customer's working conditions, Brightway professional and technical personnel will help customers install and commissioning on site, and maintain system equipment.
